BT21 Merch is Now Available at Chatime Philippines

Hi ARMYS! BT21 Merchandise by BTS is now available at Chatime Branches starting November 16, 2020 until April 30, 2021 extended until June 30, 2021.

How many points do I need to get?

You need to collect a certain amount of points to be able to purchase the BT21 Merch of Chatime Philippines.

Below are the number of points needed to collect:

Get the merch using your Chatime Loyalty Points plus cash

We tried to compute on how to get the merch by combining points and cash.

50% Points + 50% Cash

Example:

Clear Tumbler is equivalent to 220 points. The maximum cash to use is 110 php plus the remaining value in points. We need 110 points in order to get the clear tumbler. To get 110 points we need to purchase 1,100 php worth of Chatime Products because only 10% of the amount is converted into points.

Total amount spent on Clear Tumbler would be 1,210 php

Pro tip: Do not purchase the item in full points as you will spend twice the amount above

HOW DOES THE CHATIME LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Q: How do I join?

A: Just register your mobile phone number for free on our Loyalty Program Tablet at any participating store and start earning points today. No need for membership cards, just use your mobile number to transact every time you visit Chatime. 

Q: What are Chatime points? Do the points expire?

A: Chatime points are earned when you buy from Chatime. Use the points towards food items and drinks from Chatime. Accumulated Chatime points do not expire. 

Q: How do I collect points?

A: Earn 10% cashback for food items and drinks that you purchase at any participating Chatime store.

Example: Get 10 points for every purchase of Chatime drink worth P100. 

Q: How do I check my points?

A: Visit any participating Chatime store and enter your cellphone number in the Loyalty System Tablet to check. 

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A. Your points are as good as cash so you can redeem/use them to conveniently pay for purchases, 1 Point = 1 Peso. You need to have enough points to pay for your entire bill. Splitting of payment is not allowed.  

Redeem your points in 3 easy steps!

1. Order at any participating Chatime Stores

2. Enter your mobile number at our Loyalty Program Tablet

3. Enter your 6-digit PIN password

You’ll then get an SMS confirmation that you have successfully used Chatime points to pay for a transaction.

Please do not share your 6-digit PIN password to others as a safety measure. 

Q: What happens if I lose my number?

A. You need a working mobile number to redeem your points. In case your old number is no longer accessible, points can be transferred to your new number. Visit any of the participating Chatime stores to make the request.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Chatime reserves the right to change the rewards program and points value at our discretion.
• Limited to 3 transactions per day to earn Chatime loyalty points.
• Points accumulated under the Program are promotional and have no cash value.
