Bon AppeTEA is a brainchild of Chef Tom Pestano, a Culinary Institute of America graduate. His wide experience in the food and hospitality industry in the United States brought him back in the Philippines to put up Wicked Waffle and Bon AppeTEA to fill the void left in the market 10 years back.

Bon AppeTEA  has evolved through the years becoming the soul food and comforting Milk Tea for solace and warmth most preferred by its followers.
