Our cold brew coffee is the result of soaking arabica grounds from Sagada in room-temp for 12 hours.
The 12 hours is the minimum required, to extract sugars, oils, and caffeine.
It is NOT like iced coffee at all.
Iced coffee is brewed with hot water (which speeds up the extraction process, but also extracts a ton of acid), then poured over ice.
We sell small (250ml) and large (500ml) of the concentrate, that can be poured over ice, and/or topped off with water or milk.
